- What is the name of the cartoon style handbag and where can I find it?
A while ago I saw this handbag in macy's that really caught my attention. It was brightly colored with retro style cartoons on it, kind of like anime type drawings. On some of them, there was a key chain. It had a weird name, however I can't figure out what the brand was. And it was rather expensive. Please help, I really want this bag even though I'm not usually interested in bags. It's not hello kitty or that other thing. It's like an abstract art cartoon kind of thing, comes with a keychain...

- What are the essentials for the 1950's / retro look?
If I wanted a mostly 1950's inspired wardrobe what would be the essential pieces to have? Preferably I would like to be able to mix and match items into different outfits. What style of handbags fit with the 1950's look? What sort of shoes and accessories fit the look? A 1950s screams poodle skirts, funky coloured shoes, and those cute little neckties on women.. to make an easy poodle skirt at home for a reasonable amount, buy a pastel coloured skirt that goes about a hand length past your knees, then sew on a poodle (I've made some out of felt that look pretty cool) luckily, converse were just as popular in the fifties as they are today so it should be easy for you to get a hold of some that fit the 'comic book' colour palette.
